Small, firm Bananas
2 ½

Butter

oz.
Demerara sugar

Single Cream
3
tb
Toasted Hazelnuts, chopped
Directions
- Place Butter & Sugar in a bowl and microwave on HIGH for 2 minute or until sugar dissolves.
- Stiring once.
- Peel Bananas and cut in half (crossways).
- Toss in Butter mixture to coat.
- Microwave on HIGH for 30-45 seconds to heat.
- Stir cream and nuts into the butter sauce and pour over the bananas to serve.
