Frozen unsweetened pineapple-orange concentrate, thawed

Crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
- Cook fruit puree and bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes.
- Add juice concentrate and crushed pineapple; bring mixture to a full rolling boil.
- Add certo and cook 1 minute longer.
- Freeze extra apricot spread for later use.
