(1 cup) honey

Stiffly beaten egg whites
Directions
- Puree soaked apricots and honey.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Pour into greased mold or refrigerator tray and freeze.
- Serve frozen, but break up into bite-size pieces.
- Garnish with whipped cream and/or sliced bananas.
